One login. Every client you carry.
Drop each provider's folder in. See what's missing, and what each requirement stands on. Your practice name on everything the client reads.
A fabricated practice, a fictional client, produced by the same renderer your clients' documents come from.
Name one client's pathway and what they deliver. Back comes every document their auditor will expect, what each has to show, and the sentence to send to ask for it. No account, no payment, nothing stored.
Say which pathway applies and where the records stand in each area, and the free check names the areas that are not in place, most pressing first. No account, no payment, nothing stored, and it never opens a document.

NDIS Practice Standards — Core Module · Rights and Responsibilities
Each participant accesses supports that promote, uphold and respect their legal and human rights and is enabled to exercise informed choice and control. The provision of supports promotes, upholds and respects individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making.
Drawn from the pinned text of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Guidelines 2018 — Compilation No. 3, cited whole — no clause-level anchor is recorded yet.
Each participant’s legal and human rights are understood and incorporated into everyday practice.
Communication with each participant about the provision of supports is responsive to their needs and is provided in the language, mode of communication and terms that the participant is most likely to understand.
Each participant is supported to engage with their support network and chosen community as directed by the participant.

What is needed: a person-centred supports policy covering participants’ rights, choice and control — it must show:
Drawn from the pinned text of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Guidelines 2018 — Compilation No. 3, cited whole — no clause-level anchor is recorded yet.
- How each participant’s legal and human rights are understood by the people delivering supports and built into everyday practice, not only stated as values.
- How communication about supports is matched to each participant — the language, mode of communication and terms that participant is most likely to understand.
- How each participant is supported to engage with their support network and chosen community, at the participant’s own direction.
Practice guidance — not drawn from a pinned instrument. Confirm with your approved quality auditor.
- Who owns the policy and when it was last reviewed, so it reads as a document in use rather than one written once. The instrument does not prescribe the form this takes; the demanding reading is a named owner and a dated review, and your auditor’s judgment governs.
To request it, send: “Could you send us the policy your team actually works to on participants’ rights, informed choice and control — the current version, in whatever form you keep it?”

Each participant accesses supports that respect their culture, diversity, values and beliefs.
Drawn from the pinned text of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Guidelines 2018 — Compilation No. 3, cited whole — no clause-level anchor is recorded yet.
Each participant accesses supports that respect their culture, diversity, values and beliefs.
At the direction of the participant, the culture, diversity, values and beliefs of that participant are identified and sensitively responded to.
Each participant’s right to practice their culture, values and beliefs while accessing supports is supported.

What is needed: a procedure for identifying and responding to each participant’s culture, values and beliefs — it must show:
Drawn from the pinned text of National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Guidelines 2018 — Compilation No. 3, cited whole — no clause-level anchor is recorded yet.
- How each participant’s culture, diversity, values and beliefs are identified at the participant’s own direction, and how the response to them is recorded.
- How each participant’s right to practice their culture, values and beliefs while accessing supports is supported in day-to-day delivery.
Practice guidance — not drawn from a pinned instrument. Confirm with your approved quality auditor.
- Where this is recorded per participant — a plan section or profile the auditor can open for any sampled participant. The instrument does not prescribe the form; the demanding reading is a record for each participant, and your auditor’s judgment governs.
To request it, send: “Could you send us the procedure or plan template your team uses to record and respond to each participant’s culture, values and beliefs?”

NDIS Practice Standards — Verification Module · Human Resource Management
Qualifications and/ or experience • In order to meet this requirement, the provider must provide evidence that one staff member who will deliver supports has met the requirements for each profession(s) the provider intends to deliver under each registration group(s). (See Requirements by Profession below) Where a requirement includes the words ‘or equivalent’, this means an institute of a similar status to that which is referred. Factors to be taken into consideration include the relevant industries’ acknowledgement of the institute as a body, which maintains the reputation and quality of the profession, as well as the experience and qualifications required for professionals in the industry to gain membership of the institute. Where a provider has multiple staff working with the same profession it is the ongoing responsibility of the provider to ensure staff achieve the same standard.

What is needed: qualification or experience evidence for at least one staff member per profession delivered — it must show:
Practice guidance — not drawn from a pinned instrument. Confirm with your approved quality auditor.
- Evidence that one staff member who will deliver supports meets the stated requirements for each profession the provider delivers — certificates, transcripts or documented experience, not a summary of them.
- Where a stated requirement says “or equivalent”, the reasoning: why the qualification’s institute is of similar standing, on the factors the list names (industry acknowledgement, the standards for membership).
- Where several staff work in the same profession, how the provider satisfies itself they meet the same standard — the list makes that an ongoing responsibility, not a one-off check.
To request it, send: “Could you send us the qualification or experience evidence for the staff member(s) covering each profession you deliver?”

Nothing here is scored. Each line reads found, absent, or unverified against the published practice standards.
How it goes
- 01
Drop client files
Whatever they have, however it is named. The whole folder goes in at once, and the bar this is built to is an initial load of under an hour.
- 02
See what's missing
Every gap says what it stands on. Where the requirement rests on a named instrument, its own words are quoted beside the gap. Where it rests on practice guidance instead, the line says so in those words. Fifty-four of the register's seventy-four requirements are the first kind and twenty are the second.
- 03
Send the chase line
One sentence per gap, written for you to send to your client. You send it: it leaves from your address, under your practice's name, and nothing is ever sent to your client by us.
Your practice stays your practice.
Your clients are yours. We will not approach the providers you bring here, we will not use your client list to market to anyone, and nothing we send to your clients goes around you — because we send them nothing. The document your client reads carries your name and your advice; ours appears nowhere on it. Your templates stay yours: you bring them in, you take them out, and they are never folded into anyone else's library.
If a provider comes to us of their own accord, they are our customer and not part of your book.

Adviser — practice
A consultant or practice carrying several provider clients. It includes:
- One login holding every provider client you carry.
- Per client: the practice-standard modules they would be assessed against, named from what they deliver.
- A folder drop per client, and what AuditFit found in it, named against the register.
- The requirements with nothing against them, as a work list with one action per line.
- A source behind every requirement — the instrument by name, its address and its last-verified date.
- The client-facing evidence document, carrying your practice's name, from the first client.
- Each client's material separated from every other, encrypted at rest, exportable in full, deletable in full.
- Monthly billing, month to month, cancellable at any time.
$399 a month for up to 5 clients, then $79 a month for each additional client.
Monthly, cancel anytime.
The price shown is the whole price: no GST is charged, and no GST appears on anything you are sent.
Providers registering a single organisation have their own tiers; they are on the pricing page.
What can be paid for today — what can and cannot be paid for is stated there, next to the figure.
The report is refundable within 14 days if it has not been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for, with no part-month refund. Refunds and cancellations.
AuditFit — a working record for registration consultants in Australia
The provider names above, and the folders behind them, are invented sample data — no real provider and no real participant information appears anywhere on this page.
The requirements, the passages quoted beside them and the instruments they are drawn from are not invented. They are the published words, machine-fetched, pinned, and proven word for word against the fetched bytes on every build.
An approved quality auditor decides every registration outcome. Nothing on this site describes something as available when it is not.
