Pricing
Every tier below states what is in it. Billing is monthly, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time: you are being asked to trust a new tool inside a deadline window, and cancel-anytime is part of that argument. There is no annual-discount tier at launch.
Before the table
- The adviser tier is first because it is the product this was built for. The provider tiers are the 2027 conversion and are ordered second on purpose.
- The client-facing evidence document is included at entry on every tier. It is not the thing you have to upgrade for.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. We do not publish comparisons with other products: any such comparison would rest on one reading of someone else's page on one day, and you would be right not to trust it.
- Some of what a tier will contain is not finished. Every one of those lines says Being built — not available today. in those words, here and in the table, and the How it works page says which layers they belong to. A tier list that quietly included something unbuilt would be the same kind of wrong as a verdict.
The tiers
Adviser — practice
$399 a month for up to 5 clients, then $79 a month for each additional client
A consultant or practice carrying several provider clients.
- One login holding every provider client you carry.
- Per client: the practice-standard modules they would be assessed against, named from what they deliver.
- A folder drop per client, and what AuditFit found in it, named against the register.
- The requirements with nothing against them, as a work list with one action per line.
- A source behind every requirement — the instrument by name, its address and its last-verified date.
- The client-facing evidence document, carrying your practice's name, from the first client.
- Each client's material separated from every other, encrypted at rest, exportable in full, deletable in full.
- Monthly billing, month to month, cancellable at any time.
Provider — single site
$149 a month
One provider organisation on the core practice standards.
- The practice-standard modules you would be assessed against, named from what you deliver.
- A folder drop, what was found in it, and what has nothing against it as a work list.
- A source behind every requirement.
- The client-facing evidence document, included at this tier and not held back for a higher one.
- Registers, dates and expiry tracking — the deterministic layer. Being built — not available today.
- The monthly asks: small, dated and specific. Being built — not available today.
- Your material encrypted at rest, exportable in full, deletable in full.
- Monthly billing, month to month, cancellable at any time.
Provider — complex
$299 a month
Behaviour support, restrictive practices, or more than one supplementary module.
- Everything in Provider — single site.
- The supplementary-module depth those supports bring with them, held to the same sourcing standard.
- The client-facing evidence document, included.
- Monthly billing, month to month, cancellable at any time.
Readiness report
$249 once
A one-off, if you want the reading before you want the subscription.
- The standards that apply to you, scoped from what you deliver.
- A prioritised list of what is outstanding, and an evidence checklist per standard.
- A downloadable report stamped with its own identifier, the ruleset version and the rules-as-at date.
- A one-time credit code worth $249 off a subscription, usable for 90 days from the day you buy the report.

The readiness-report credit, in full
Buying the readiness report earns a credit against a subscription. The code is on the confirmation you keep and on the purchase page you came back to, and you enter it in the credit box when you start a subscription. These are the whole of its terms:
- Worth exactly $249, whatever the subscription costs when you use it. A later price change does not change what your credit is worth.
- Valid for 90 days from the day you bought the report. The date it runs out is printed on your confirmation.
- One code, issued once, used once, on one subscription. Codes are not stackable — one credit per subscription, and a code that has been used is refused with a plain message saying so.
- Applied at the subscription checkout, by typing the code from your confirmation into the box on that page.
- If your first invoice comes to less than $249, the rest of the credit stays on your account and comes off the invoices after it until it is used up.
Free, and free without an account
The document request list for one client costs nothing, needs no account and stores nothing. Six answers about one client; back comes every document their auditor will expect, what each one has to show with the instrument's own words behind it, one sentence you can send to ask for it, and a keepable page you can print. The whole list — nothing is held back for a paid tier.
What $79 a client a month is against
At ten clients the adviser tier works out at about $79 a client a month. At professional charge-out rates that is under an hour of saved work per client per month, and building an evidence register for a client by hand takes considerably longer than an hour. That is the whole of the price argument; there is no other one.
Or run the free check firstSay which pathway applies and where the records stand in each area, and the free check names the areas that are not in place, most pressing first. No account, no payment, nothing stored, and it never opens a document.
Refunds and cancellationsThe report is refundable within 14 days if it has not been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for, with no part-month refund.
