The free document request list

Six answers about one organisation: which pathway it is assessed under, four things about what it delivers, and its name if you want it on the copy. Back comes every document an approved quality auditor will expect, what each one has to show with the published instrument's own words behind it, and one sentence you can send to ask for it. Keepable, printable, no account, no payment, and nothing you enter is stored.

It is written for the consultants who take providers through registration, so it says "this client" where you would say "us". The list is the same either way, and it is the whole list — nothing is held back for a paid tier.

The free check, if you would rather start from where you stand

The document request list tells you what will be asked for. The free check is the other half of that question: it takes your pathway, names the areas you are assessed against, asks where your records stand in each one, and tells you which of them are not in place — the ones with nothing in place yet first, then the ones only partly there. It is free, it needs no account, and nothing you enter is kept.

It reads your own answers and no document. It cannot open a file, it cannot confirm a record, and it never states how an approved quality auditor will assess you — that judgment is theirs, and this tool does not make it. An area you are unsure about is reported as one we could not check, never as one that is ready. The full report is what breaks a named area down to its individual requirements, with the source behind each one, and it is offered at the end of the free check rather than in front of it.

It names documents and modules, not numbers

The list gives you the practice-standard modules and the documents behind them. It does not print the numeric registration group code that goes on the application form, because the Commission's own registration-groups page could not be machine-fetched and this product cites no source it has not fetched. Those numbers follow from the supports you deliver, and the Commission's guidance is where to get them.

The dates that apply to you

1 October 2026 is the application deadline for existing supported-living providers. A provider who lodges before that date may keep delivering supports and keep being paid while the application is assessed; outcomes land through the first half of 2027.

Mandatory registration widens from 1 July 2027 to cover personal care, everyday living supports and supports delivered in closed settings, running on to December 2030. Check every one of these dates against the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission's own published guidance — the Commission is the authority on them, and we are not.

The subscription is built for 2027

The application is the trigger; the audit is the purchase. Most existing supported-living providers who lodge this year are assessed through the first half of 2027, and a running evidence system earns its price then rather than now. We would rather say that than sell you a subscription nine months before it does anything for you.

So: take the free list now, keep the page it gives you, and come back when the audit is real.
