About AuditFit
AuditFit is operated by [SET AT GATE — Ve's registered trading name].
What it is
AuditFit holds an NDIS provider's policies, records and evidence in the shape their auditor will ask for, shows what is missing before the auditor does, and produces the evidence document on demand. It is used mostly by consultants, each carrying several provider clients.
The operating entity's registered trading name is set when this site is bound to its domain. Until then this page shows the placeholder rather than a name we have not registered — an About page that guesses at who operates the service is worse than one that admits the gap.
How the requirements are sourced
The requirement register is built from the published NDIS Practice Standards and the instruments that carry them. A source is recorded only when it has been machine-fetched, with its address, its retrieval date and a content fingerprint of the exact bytes read.
Where a requirement's source has not yet been independently verified, that is stated on every surface which shows the requirement, in those words. The register itself is a draft pending professional review and every page that renders it says so.
What it never does
- It states no determination about any provider, and implies none. The approved quality auditor and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission make every determination.
- It gives no legal or regulatory advice, and never tells a provider what to enter on a government application.
- It sends, publishes and files nothing on a customer's behalf.
- It cites no source it has not machine-fetched.
- It presents no requirement as applying to a provider who did not say it applies.
- It makes no claim about certification timeframes, which are auditor capacity and the Commission's decision-making.
How your material is held
Documents are held separated per customer, encrypted at rest with a key derived per customer, exportable in full and decrypted at any time, and deletable in full — with the deletion verified against the disk rather than assumed.
Your content is not used to train any model, and not used to build features for other customers.
Why there are no names or faces on this page
This page names the operating entity and nothing else: no personal names, no founder story, no photographs. What actually matters about the people behind a compliance tool is whether the sourcing holds up under someone checking it, and that is on every page of the product rather than on this one.
